• All purchases are final except for technical defects or incorrect delivery
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Valid proof of the issue is required for all refund requests
• Chargebacks without contacting support first result in permanent ban

• All platform content and tools remain exclusively with FLK Services
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or modifying our software is prohibited
• Unauthorized access attempts may be subject to legal action

• We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law
• FLK Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product

• We may suspend accounts immediately for any violation of these Terms
